Around the hotel all cyclists and mountain bikers get their money's worth. Endless expanses, forests, romantic valleys and car-free field and forest paths offer the right route for everyone. Even spontaneous excursions are no problem. Guests of the hotel can rent bicycles free of charge at the reception. For family-friendly tours, there are plenty of well-maintained bike paths and routes. 

The Ruwer-Hochwald cycle path between Trier-Ruwer and Hermeskeil offers 50 kilometers of cycling on a former railroad line, which connects the Moselle valley with the Hunsrück heights. The Nahe cycle path is also a good choice. It goes from the source near Selbach to the mouth of the Rhine near Bingen.
